(April 18, 2016) ... This is a Cotes du Rhone Villages that's very close to Chateauneuf du Pape, and ever since I learn about the sub-region Plan of God (Plan de Dieu) I've been a fan of their wines ... and this one is no different, showing beautifully with 9 years of age on it: smooth yet with subtle spice and pepper notes, plus there's dark fruits in the mix like plum, spiced-cherry and peppered-strawberry all still vibrant and lively.
