Here's a wine that many will think I have no time for, but au contraire mon frere, this Chardonnay is a beauty mix of California power with Ontario subtlety. The nose is sweet fruited along with toffee, buttery and caramel apple appeal ... on the palate it's creamy and supple with apple and vanilla pulling along peach yogurt notes ... but through it all there's a nice seam of acidity keeping it fresh and lively.
