Sandbanks has been making a name for themselves by making easy to drink wines perfect for decks, docks and patios, and very palate friendly whites ... but I think their doing the same with Ontario's staple red, Cabernet Franc. This wine is cherry dominant from the start on the nose to the finish on the palate ... there's a pleasing hint of tobacco and sweet cedar that adds to the enjoyment of the wine.
