While out on the road for Taste the Season I tried quite a few other wines that were not on the "proscribed" tasting list. This Cabernet Franc was delicious with smells that lure and a palate that keeps you coming back for more. Aromas are smoky with black cherry and raspberry notes, while the palate shows signs of tobacco, raspberry, cedar, cigar box and a healthy dose of tannins. I could see this one hanging out in the cellar for 5 years or even a little more. Price: $19.95 - Rating: ****+
