This has been a staple Riesling since Rosewood opened some 10 years ago.  The alcohol is a fairly low 9.9% and there is some residual sweetness left behind, which is a hallmark of this style, but the acidity and minerality really shines through keeping this one exceptionally well balanced.  Lemon and lime hit at the middle make of the palate and stay all the way to the finish where delicious apple kicks in on the long lingering finish.
