Another fruit driven estate wine from the folks at Cave Spring – this time they do ultimate justice to Cabernet Franc; plenty of smoky-raspberry and tobacco notes on the nose, while the palate echoes these aromas in the form of flavours adding spiced-strawberry and pretty violet notes.  Price: $29.95 – Rating: ****
