Not exactly sure what I was expecting from this Charmat method Pinot Noir Rosé bubbly, but what I got surprised and delighted me. The nose is fresh cherry and rhubarb which settles itself a little more on the bubblegum side of things, but the palate is fruity with its raspberry and cherry notes without going all sweet on you.
