I always remember the Trois Femme to be a wine with a little sweetness, but it's now made with 100% Pinot Noir, due to the loss of Merlot on the property, and the wine has taken on a more polished dried sensation. Aromas are big on strawberry with white pepper on the palate, it feels almost creamy but with a fresh, clean mouthfeel and that a fruit/pepper combo found on the nose that translates to the palate, adding cranberry to the finish.
