With 45-days on lees and much stirring, winemaker Jonas Newmand has created this Gamy bubbly with a lovely earthy and cherry aroma with a fruity, simple mid-palte before it finishes with a nice lemon-cherry balance.  It's also a very pretty pink-ish colour.  Price: $22.00 - Rating: *** 1/2+
