Due to the winter in The County a majority of the grapes for this year's version comes from Niagara (as oppose to the 60/40 Niagara/County blend) ... the crisp green apple comes through with citrus of lemon / lime and a touch of sweetness and nice minerality on the finish - might just be one of Norm's best.  Price: $21.00 - Rating: ****+
