I think I have lost count of the incarnations of Syrah Kacaba has, but each seems a little different (and that’s a good thing). This one is sour raspberries wrapped in white pepper and cassis with some Montreal-style steak spice on the meaty finish.  Price: $29.95 – Rating: *** ½+
