I was not a fan of the Two Sisters 2013 version of Sauvignon Blanc, but winemaker Adam Pearce played around with this version giving it extended lees contact and created a wine that smells of tropical fruit with herbal and orange peel aromas … palate has a wonderful acid seam with fresh tropical fruit, and basil-like herbaceousness – it’s a real refresher and bests the 2013 by a landslide.  Price: $32.00 – Rating: ****
