Sometimes the simplicity of Gamay can be overwhelming, it’ll make you say “is that all” between sips. But the joy is, you keep sipping. This Chateau version is a real Charm(er) with nice raspberry and cherry notes that you can chill to pump up that fruit, plus there’s a little white pepper on the finish.
