As with many Ontario wineries and their Cabernet Franc these days there seems to be an element of American oak used in the aging, in this case 26% - tobacco, raspberry and cherry with smoky elements, floral notes and of course a fruit/oak balance to the finish.  Price: $21.95 - Rating: *** ½+
