I know it was possible, I just didn’t think to do it … making white Gamay – but then Aure took it to a totally different level: Sparkling White Gamay, and it’s delicious.  Lime with a hint of peach, crisp pear-like acidity and sweetness with some mac apple on the finish … there’s great balance in this bottle with bubbles, and there’s nothing wrong with that.  Price: $22.95 – Rating: *** ½+
