Kind of a cheat in this off year (after winter kill took a majority of the vines in Prince Edward County) … the usual 60/40 blend of fruit has become a 90/10 Niagara-centric affair – in the end we get nice sweetness to acidity ratio with green and mac apple backed with flavours of sweet peach.  Price: $21.00 – Rating: *** ½
