2013 will not be a memorable vintage considering the likes of 2012 (before) and 2015 (after), but it was a bountiful harvest and has shown some promise for elegant wines. This 19 month, French oak aged Franc is full of smoky, cherry, tobacco and coffee notes with some black cherry, cassis and vanilla backing it up … it’s a ready to drink now wine but will still benefit from 3-5 years of ageing.
