A 60/40 Chardonnay-Pinot Noir sparkling with 3 years on lees ... here it’s the acidity that really shines, and it should it’s bubbly after all; there’s also a lovely lime-citrus note to carry it along plus pear, apple and grapefruit just to add a little something extra; I’m almost getting tired of saying this but this is yet again another great little bubbly from Hinterland.  Price: $39.00 - Rating: ****+
