Stop the Presses!!! After years of wanting Lacey to really wow me with a wine, they have finally done it … and on a grand scale. Their 2012 Cabernet Franc is nothing short of amazing: in new French oak for 4 years and yet shows not a drop of wood. Sweet fruit reigns supreme, dark and only slightly spicy with vanilla, cassis, black cherry, spiced tobacco and quite the easy drinking pleasure.
