Looking for a “rosé” with something different? I think I have just the answer. This blend of Pinots: Gris, Blanc and Noir has a very light pink colour, though not because they were going for the rosé crowd (it just happened). There’s a floral-esque, peachy nose that leads to lemon-lime and peach on the palate with a pith-hint on the finish to keep this wine honest. It’s also interesting to note that no oak was harmed in the making of this wine – so it has a delicacy about it, making it an even more impressive blend. Price: $19.95 – Rating: ****+
