Truly one of Norm's best Chardonnay efforts to date, and it comes from the hot 2012 vintage in Niagara. Aged 10 months in 100% French 500L oak barrels with 30% of the wood being new. Nose is buttery and vanilla with peach and baked apple notes. Palate shows the richness that the nose alluded to, it starts off creamy then kicks it up a notch with great acidity - and BAM!
