This is a pretty standard bubble made with at least one un-standard grape, sure there’s 40% each of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, then there’s 20% Pinot Gris to add freshness to this 12 month on lees sparkling. Nose is peachy and apple-y, while on the palate there’s sweet pear and apple along with some nice mineral all ending in a dry style. Price: $24.95 – Rating: *** ½+
