Bonnieheath 2012 Marquette
Those looking for a hybrid red to rival Baco Noir, or in some cases better than Baco Noir, best check out Marquette. This is Bonnieheath’s first go round with the grape and a good one at that. Black cherry, chocolate with just a hint of tar on the nose; palate enters dry before turning slightly sweet cherry mid-palate, then finishes clean and back to dry. Price: $22.00 – Rating: *** ½+
