The Hawk made two roses in 2013 ... there was the overly candied and sweet "Rose" and then there was this real palate pleasing drier version that seems more food friendly. Full-on strawberry aromas give way to earthy-strawberry notes on the palate ... come off more like Pinot-light with plenty of strawberry. Price:$
