There’s a yin-yang feature to this wine that makes it pleasant to sip. Late harvested fruit (early December 2013) and whole cluster pressing has given it a sweetness/acidity that is well-balanced: think lime-meringue meets apple juice … it does have a finish that should remind you of your relatives at Christmas, they just seem to hang around forever.
