So recently I visited Inniskillin and tried this wonderful, delightful and palate-exciting icewine - and was charged with the task of describing icewine without using the dirty word (that begins with an "s") to describe it ... I'll give you a few seconds to digest that assignment. So here it goes: pure strawberry on both the nose and palate, a long luxurious finish that coats the tongue and great balancing acidity ... my only "problem" is that I found the wine to be dry-impaired making it a perfect pairing with chocolate desserts or all by itself.
