This is the first time Rosewood has attempted a wild ferment on a Riesling ... and I think it worked really well. Nose is good for a couple of whiffs of pear and apple skin; but the palate is where this wine shines: fresh, fruity, lively with delicious apple and pear in light syrup, sure it has its fair share of sweetness, but it's also well-balanced with acidity and a long finish.
