First thing you'll notice here is that pink colour - this could easily be marketed as a Rose - and the aromas come across that way too, with hints of raspberry and strawberry wafting up along with a touch of citrus.  The palate follows much the same way, though here the strawberry and raspberry take a backseat to the more citrusy lemon and lime palate.  With notes of sweet fruit along the front palate that eventually finishes dry with those citrus notes along with good acidity.  Wonderful eye-catching colour Kacaba has done a great job at making Pinot Gris interesting again.  Price: $15.95 - Rating: ****
