A gorgeous version of BC Chardonnay from Joie Farm, nose and palate meld seamlessly together with a multitude of layered aromas and flavours starting with caramel, butterscotch and spice – then comes vanilla and toasty notes … only after do the fruits like pear and pineapple show up finishing with mineral, spice and balanced acidity on the finish … it’s definitely a mouthful, but also lively, big, bold and ultimately delicious.  Price: $30.00 - Rating: ****+
