Enjoyed on New Year’s Day as part of a celebration with family – much better than the lackluster rosé we opened the evening before – this one doled out fresh apple, lemon/lime, with a gentle mousse that had plenty of fizz and was delightfully balanced by acidity … it’s a good value sparkling at under $20.  Price: $17.95 – Rating: ****
