For a guy who loves Riesling, as owner Dr. John Forrest does, he certainly does know his way around the Pinot Noir grape. This is a very pretty and pleasant Pinot with cran-cherry and hints of smoke on the nose … palate-wise, it’s full-fruited, mostly red, with floral element and nice minerality; and with the lush finish it really is a delicious wine to sit and sip on.  Price: $25.95 – Rating: ****
