A 30-month on lees Pinot Noir with “a little Chardonnay” which has a delicate pink colour and beautiful bubble: fresh raspberry strawberry and lemon on the nose that also adds peach the longer it sits ... palate has lemon/lime acidity to keep it fresh. I could drink this all night long and never get tired of it, simply put this wine is gorgeous.  Price: $32.90 - Rating: **** ½
