2016-Tasted … 24 months on lees and this Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris bubble is quite impressive and even has a slight coppery colour, a la Pinot Gris on skins. There’s a subtle sweetness on the finish but before you get there you’ll find lemon, floral, touch of Mac apple and some limeade amongst a creamy-mousse and mid-palate.  Price: $29.90 - Rating: *** ½+
