Originating from the El Centinele Estate, Block 5 and with only 25% of the wine oaked (6 months) this Chardonnay is plump and rich but still with vibrant acidity to keep it fresh. Mineral (salty) notes with floral and delicate fruit make up the taste profile, it might come across (at first) as a little lean but don't let initial reaction fool you, this wine lingers and offers excellent value.  Price: $18.95 - Rating: ****
