This 100% Chilean Chardonnay is a single vineyard affair aged 11 months in French oak, and of which only 5% went through malolactic fermentation, which leaves this wine with plenty of fruit and less of that California-creaminess. Instead it's delicate and fruit driven with hints of peach and pear, a drop of citrus and subtle buttery notes – there's also good acidity and a touch of spice (oak derived) to balance it out.
