An approachable Vino Nobile, especially this young, seems an oxymoron, but Talosa has managed that by keeping the smoky-red fruit, black cherry, cocoa and other nuances from being over-shadowed by teeth-jangling acidity, there is a nice acid backbone that adds a frame and doesn’t overwhelm the delicacy of whet lies around it.
