Blended mostly from the 2011 vintage with 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier; it’s delicate and elegant with a creamy mouthfeel and leesy-yeasty notes, mac apple and lemon drop make an appearance as well.  It’s light, flavourful and a very pretty Brut.  Price: $54.99 – Rating: *** ½+
