A blend of Trebbiano (50%), Falanghina (30%) and Malavasia (20%) – the traditional blend for Sannio Bianco … this white is very fresh, lively and fruity with apple the most noteable; there’s also a little honeycomb, apple seed and lime-lemon on the finish with nice cleansing acidity.  Rating: *** ½+
