Absolutely one of the best rosés I've tasted so far in 2017 it shows it has both layers of sweet (nose) versus layers of dry (palate): aromas of watermelon Jolly Rancher candy, Fruit Roll-ups, Big League Chew and other fruit-driven candy that leads the mind in only one direction (SWEET) ... but hold the phone, the mid-to-finish is a DRY experience where the Jolly Rancher suddenly, and unexpectedly, loses the sweet and develops lime, red berries and acidity that balances everything, and I do mean everything - this is the rosé you need to get to have on hand this summer.
