This vineyard selection of indigenous grapes Coda di Volpe (80%) and Falanghina (20%) are combined then aged on the fine lies for 8 months in stainless steel tanks: lovely mouthfeel to go along with the vanilla, apple, floral and mineral / saltiness of this wine – plenty of fresh white fruit but it’s the minerality that really shines here.  Rating: *** ½+
