From the Lake Erie North Shore of Ontario comes one of their newest premium wineries with a stunning restaurant attached; that means they need great wines to pair with that beautiful food, and this Chardonnay definitely fits the bill: only 6 months in oak so the fruit is front and centre: apple with hints of vanilla, lemon drop, and a touch of apricot – nice use of the oak here.  Price: $29.95 – Rating: ****
