This Kacaba barrel fermented seems to have an interesting honeydew note that has developed on this Chardonnay’s finish – the rest is pretty typical for this style: apple cobbler, lime zest, buttery and vanilla note with a creamy texture … but it’s that honeydew that kicks this wine up a notch.  Price: $39.95 - Rating: ****
