Ontario Reviews: The Wines to Get Now (vol. 25)

24 Aug 2017

It's been one of those weird summers that most of us will probably forget the moment it is over and done with and the first hint of winter is in the air - it's been rainy, and humid, but not too hot, and truly forgettable ... if you are in grape country you are on pins and needles with all that is happening and the horrible weather - but more on that in the fall. Today I'm gonna give you the last in a long string of "Wines You Gotta Get" e-blasts ... and these ones are truly wonderful wines, from the best of the newest Niagara winery to a Rose bubble that's the "cat's ass", to an over-priced, though exceptionally good, 2013 red blend - and not to be outdone there is also the best in a long time Syrah, a single vineyard Chardonnay and a first time Shiraz. So let's get right to it ...

Also in this e-blast be sure to check out the latest videos and podcasts - plus links to some reviews of older wines to see if they have stood the test of time.
