Rosé seems to be making a real comeback in Ontario, or is 'comeback' too strong a word, 'uptick' might be a better one. There have been some really good ones come out of this province over the last few years. This Henry of Pelham number has plenty of raspberry aromas – while the palate has a floral flavour mixed with cherry and strawberry – quite refreshing.  Price: $13.95 – Rating: *** ½+
