There’s something about Henry of Pelham hot vintage Baco, it’s just somehow better than their average or cool vintage versions – especially because Henry knows how to treat Baco right – and that’s all I have to say about that: deep blackberry, black cherry, plum and garrigue notes bring this up to Zin-like proportions, especially where the plum is added in for the finish.  Price: $14.95 – Rating: ****
