100% estate Cabernet Franc skin contacted for a mere 5 hours then lightly pressed off;  Honsberger’s winemaker Kelly Mason does it once again here. What seemed a fluke 3 years ago has turned into one of her signature wines, and getting better every year, with subtle tweeks only she knows she’s making: strawberry, some lime pith and watermelon rind on the finish … the consistency year after year on this wine is truly amazing.
