A barrel fermented version of Chardonnay that spent 8-10 months in oak, all French, and 20% new. The result is a fresh fruit core of pear, melon and apple with some of that Prince Edward County minerality riding in on the mid-palate and sticking around to carry it through to the finish, there’s even a touch of vanilla for added enjoyment.
