Time for the new Trad to emerge, with 36 months on lees and made up of 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir, it is than dosaged with reserve Chardonnay to give it some tasty barrel elements … this version of Trad seems a different beast than other iterations of the wine with it biscuit, apple-y, yeasty, smoky, bread crust, hints of mushroom and tart green apple on the finish – plenty to get excited about here.
