Made from Pinot Noir (62.5%) and Chardonnay (37.5%) it displays notes of nectarine and orange zest with peach and apricot; finish is medium in length with good acidity. Admittedly, a little pricey for a Charmat bubble, but it’s still tasty so it won’t leave a bitter taste behind.  Price: $32.15 - Rating: *** ½+
