I'm well documented as a non-Pinot Gris fan, but this wine is quite the treat brought about by 10% of the wine going into 500L French oak barrels giving it a certain weightiness along with some spicy character: lemon zest, spiced orange, grapefruit pith and nectarine pit; layers of flavour, great texture it's a delicious Pinot Gris worth every penny.  Price: $19.95 - Rating: ****
